Outside Sales Representative:

Location: Commerce City, CO 80022

Pay: $50-75k OTE (100% Commission and mileage) -Inherit active accounts on Day 1 to earn immediate commission with zero ramp-up delay!
Shift: M-F 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Experience: 6 months of Sales experience required

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Denver metro area and north along the Front Range. This role focuses on selling electronic products, fasteners, nuts & bolts, and related solutions within the transportation and industrial sectors.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Inherit, service, and grow an assigned base of active client accounts from day one.
• Identify customer pain points and recommend targeted electrical and fastener product solutions.
• Drive revenue by increasing account share with current clients and securing new business across your territory.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field building face-to-face customer relationships.
• Manage your territory pipeline, follow up on quotes, and close repeat orders effectively.
• Partner with supply vendors to enhance offerings for your customer base.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Experience in Outside, Wholesale, or Technical sales..
• Knowledge of electrical products, fasteners, or industrial supplies preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with the Denver/Front Range market is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn products, systems, and processes.
